We also offer HeartMath technology with breathing biofeedback sessions to show your real time how to use your breath to regulate your body and heart rate variability.
We like to ask practice members on each visit, what is going well for them or making them smile. This reflection encourages you to focus on the positive aspects, and research shows whatever we focus on we often create more of.
